The European Commission recently announced graphene largest technology and the human brain works selected for the "future flagship emerging technology projects”.It is reported that each program will be respectively to get 10 billion euros in funding in the next 10 years. It is also known in the lowest resistivity material, the highest thermal conductivity, therefore it is ideal electrode and a semiconductor material.Graphene is thought to lead to modern electronic technology and information technology revolution..IBM and Samsung are increasing R & D investment each year to develop this material which is expected to replace silicon for the production of more efficient and lightweight electronic devices.
